7. The installation will check for SQL 2005 Express. The installation will install SQL 2005 Express
if it is missing. This will take a while.
8. The installer will check for Visual C++ 2008 redistributables in the system, if needed it will
launch Visual C++ 2008 installer, please click on install to continue.
9. On the Install Shield Wizard screen click on Next.
10. Enter your information in the Customer Information dialog screen.
11. Read the license agreement then click Yes to accept the terms.
12. In the destination folder accept the default value the click on Next.
13. When the Install Shield Wizard Complete dialog box appears select Yes, I want to restart my
computer now. then, click on Finish.
14. After the PC reboots, the TSP configuration menu will be displayed to set Strata CTX TSP
properties. This version of CIX Attendant supports both using DKT phones for talk path
(speech path) or using VOIP for talk path.
When VOIP is selected the application uses the computer speaker/microphone for voice
