3. Click on the Backup button to save your database to the folder created above. Ensure that the
folder created in Step 2 appears in the Selected target directory field.
4. Click on OK then, wait for the Status to show backup Complete. Click on Exit to close the
backup utility.
5. Record the current PC Attendant TSP configuration.
Select: Start > All Programs > Strata IP Attendant
Right click on Strata IP Attendant Console TSP Config Utility then,
select Open as Administrator
Click on Allow in the Unknown software dialog box.
Record the excising parameters. This information will be used to setup the Attendant console
after the new version is installed.
