Database Assistant
Database Assistant is a separate software product that can be used in conjunction with Voice
Assistant to allow ODBC connectivity between a Voice Assistant script and an ODBC compliant
database. Database Assistant uses the industry-standard ODBC protocol, as demonstrated in the
following diagram.
