Error Detail Possible Cause Solution
E1 High Pressure Cut Off
• High pressure incurred while operation • Check heat exchanger or high pressure SW is broken
• Too much refrigerant liquid • Check level of refrigerant liquid
E2 Ice Preventor Cut Off
• Less refrigerant liquid • Check tubes’ leakage, rell the refrigerant liquid
• Dirty coil at FCU • Clean coil at FCU and the lter
E4 High Exhaust Temp. Cut Off
• Less refrigerant liquid, the system is clog • Check level of refrigerant liquid, check capillary tube
• Temp. in discharge tube ≥ 110 ˚C • Check heat exchanger and the condensor fan
E5 Overcurrent Error • Power Source Failure-the preventor works • Check main power, check heat exchanger
E6 Communication Error
• Failed signal sending between FCU &
CDU
• Check signal wire, check the controller board
E8 High CDU Ambient • Temp. at CDU ≥ 53 ˚C • Check the heat exchanger
H3 Overcurrent Preventor,
Compressor Cut Off
• Overcurrent at the compressor • Check discharge temp. ≥ 110 ˚C, check current at the
compressor
H6 Malfunctioned FCU Motor
• Broken motor
• Failed sending signal from PCB
• Check PCB and wires, check Motor & its swirl direction
F1 FCU Room Sensor Error • FCU can’t measure room temp. • Check sensor & cable at PCB
