LIFT
STEP 7 - Braze refrigerant line connections.
Note: The suction line must be insulated prior to
brazing the line set to the air handler stubs.
1. Pull back the insulation before brazing the suc-
tion line.
2. Wrap the Vapor Sensor with wet rag.
3. Braze the refrigerant line connections.
Important: Care must be taken during solder cap
removal and brazing to avoid damage to unit compo-
nents.

STEP 8 - Pressurize the refrigerant lines and evapo-
rator coil to 150 PSIG using dry nitrogen.

STEP 9 - Check for leaks by using a soapy solution
or bubbles at each brazed location.
