Ifaproductdoesnotoperateaswarrantedduringtheapplicablewarrantyperiod,TRENDnetshall
reservetheright,atitsexpense,torepairorreplacethedefectiveproductorpartanddeliveran
equivalentproductorparttothecustomer.Therepair/replacementunit ’swarrantycontinuesfromthe
originaldateofpurchase.AllproductsthatarereplacedbecomethepropertyofTRENDnet.Replacement
productsmaybeneworreconditioned.TRENDnetdoesnotissuerefundsorcredit.Pleasecontactthe
point‐of‐purchasefortheirreturnpolicies.

TRENDnetshallnotberesponsibleforanysoftware,firmware,information,ormemorydataofcustomer
containedin,storedon,orintegrated
withanyproductsreturnedtoTRENDnetpursuanttoanywarranty.

Therearenouserserviceablepartsinsidetheproduct.Donotremoveorattempttoservicethe
productbyan yunauthorizedservicecenter.Thiswarrantyisvoidedif(i)theproducthasbeenmodified
orrepairedbyanyunauthorizedservice
center,(ii)theproductwassubjecttoaccident,abuse,or
improperuse(iii)theproductwassubjecttoconditionsmoreseverethanthosespecifiedinthemanual.

WarrantyservicemaybeobtainedbycontactingTRENDnetwithintheapplicablewarrantyperiodand
providingacopyofthedatedproofofthepurchase.Uponpropersubmissionofrequireddocumentation
aReturnMaterialAuthorization(RMA)numberwillbeissued.AnRMAnumberisrequiredinorderto
initiatewarrantyservicesupportforallTRENDnetproducts.ProductsthataresenttoTRENDnetforRMA
servicemusthavetheRMAnumbermarkedontheoutsideofreturnpackagesandsenttoTRENDnet
prepaid,insuredandpackagedappropriatelyforsafeshipment.Customersshippingfromoutsideofthe
USAandCanadaareresponsibleforreturnshippingfees.CustomersshippingfromoutsideoftheUSA
areresponsibleforcustomcharges,includingbutnotlimitedto ,duty,tax,andotherfees.


TOREPAIRORMODIFY,ORANYOTHERCAUSEBEYONDTHERANGEOFTHEINTENDEDUSE,ORBY

FIRE,LIGHTNING,OROTHERHAZARD.
