Why is my Triton Bathroom Fixture shower not working?
    • U
      ularsenAug 8, 2025
Your Triton Bathroom Fixture shower might not be working due to several reasons: * There could be an interrupted power supply, such as a blown fuse or circuit breaker. In this case, check and renew or reset the fuse or circuit breaker. If it fails again, consult a qualified electrician. * There might be a power cut. Check other appliances and, if necessary, contact your local Electricity Supply Company. * There might be no mains water supply to the shower. Ensure that isolating valves are fully open and check for a blockage in the inlet filter or pipework. * The unit might have malfunctioned. It is recommended to have the unit checked.

      Derrick ClarkAug 12, 2025
If your Triton Bathroom Fixture shower water is too hot, it could be due to: * Not enough water flowing through the shower. Try increasing the flow rate via the temperature control. * A blocked showerhead. Clean or replace the blocked sprayplate in the showerhead. * A blockage in the supply. Check if the stop valves are fully open and inspect the inlet filter for blockages. * An increase in ambient water temperature. Readjust the flow rate to increase the water flow or select economy power.

What to do if my Triton Bathroom Fixture shower pressure relief device is ejecting water?
    • S
      Sierra FloresAug 17, 2025
If the pressure relief device (PRD) in your Triton Bathroom Fixture is ejecting water, it could be due to: * A blocked showerhead. Clean or replace the blocked sprayplate and then fit a new PRD. * A twisted or blocked flexible shower hose. Check for free passage through the hose and replace it if necessary, then fit a new PRD. * The showerhead not being removed during commissioning. Fit a new PRD and commission the unit with the showerhead removed. * Water pressure being above the specified maximum. Fit a pressure reducing valve to the inlet and then fit a new PRD.

      Jennifer HolmesAug 21, 2025
If the water temperature in your Triton Bathroom Fixture shower is cycling between hot and cool, it might be due to the heater cycling on thermal cut-out. What to do if my Triton Bathroom Fixture shower is too cool or cold?
    • J
      James HansenAug 26, 2025
If your Triton Bathroom Fixture shower is too cool or cold, consider the following: * There might be too much flow. Reduce the flow rate via the temperature control. * The water pressure might be below the minimum required. Determine if the water supply is mains or tank fed. If tank fed, replumb to the mains water supply. If mains fed, ensure the stop valve is fully open and there are no other supply restrictions while the shower is in use. You can also fit a pump to achieve the minimum pressure. * There might be a reduction in ambient water temperature. Readjust the flow rate to reduce the water flow or select ‘high’ power. * There could be an electrical malfunction or the safety cut-out has operated. Have the unit checked by a qualified electrician.
