How to fix a Triton Bathroom Fixture shower with no water flow?
    • J
      janet43Aug 12, 2025
If your Triton Bathroom Fixture shower is inoperable with no water flow, first check the power supply by renewing or resetting the fuse or circuit breaker. If the issue persists, consult a qualified electrician. Additionally, a unit malfunction could be the cause. Check other appliances and, if necessary, contact your local Electricity Supply Co. to have the unit checked, or contact Customer Experience.

Why is the water too hot in my Triton Bathroom Fixture shower?
    • B
      Brenda PhillipsAug 16, 2025
If the water from your Triton Bathroom Fixture shower is too hot, try the following: * Increase the flow rate via the temperature control. * Clean or replace the blocked sprayplate in the shower head. * Check if the stop valves are fully open and inspect the inlet filter for blockages. Also, readjust the flow rate to increase flow, or select ‘ECONOMY’ power.

What to do if the pressure relief device on my Triton Bathroom Fixture shower is ejecting water?
    • B
      Bryan JacksonAug 20, 2025
If the pressure relief device on your Triton Bathroom Fixture has operated, resulting in water being ejected from the PRD tube, it could be due to a blocked shower head. Clean or replace the blocked sprayplate and then fit a new PRD. It could also be due to a twisted or blocked flexible shower hose, so check for free passage through the hose and replace it if necessary, then fit a new PRD. Finally, ensure the shower head was removed during commissioning and fit a new PRD, commissioning the unit with the shower head removed.

Why does my Triton Bathroom Fixture shower go from hot to cold?
    • M
      Mrs. Diamond LloydAug 25, 2025
If your Triton Bathroom Fixture shower varies from normal temperature to cold during use, it is likely that the water pressure has dropped below the minimum required. Wait until the water pressure returns to normal.

    • S
      Savannah GonzalezAug 27, 2025
If the water from your Triton Bathroom Fixture shower is too cool or cold, try the following: * Reduce the flow rate via the temperature control. * If tank fed, replumb to mains water supply. * If mains fed, make sure that mains stopvalve is fully open and that there are no other restrictions in the supply while shower is in use. Additionally, you can fit a pump to give minimum pressure or readjust the flow rate to reduce flow. You might also select ‘HIGH’ power.

Why does my Triton Bathroom Fixture shower alternate between hot and cold water?
    • J
      Jesse MooreAug 31, 2025
If the water temperature in your Triton Bathroom Fixture shower cycles between hot and cool at intervals, it may be due to the heater cycling on the temperature limiter. Refer to the causes for 'Water too hot' (blocked shower head, blockage in supply, not enough water flowing through the shower) and take the appropriate actions. If the issue continues, contact Customer Experience.

What causes a Triton Bathroom Fixture shower to not shut off?
    • H
      Haley PayneSep 4, 2025
If your Triton Bathroom Fixture shower fails to shut off, it could be due to a faulty start/stop switch, which would need replacing. Another cause could be debris in the solenoid, in which case the solenoid valve should be replaced.

What to do if my Triton Bathroom Fixture shower continues to run cold?
    • S
      Sydney LaneSep 7, 2025
If your Triton Bathroom Fixture shower is producing water that is too cool or cold and this is a continued issue, it may be due to an electrical malfunction.
