LOCKS
Door Ircks
Either door may be locked from inside or outside irrespective
of which door was last used as an exit. The rlechanism
auto-
matically
prevents
the inside handle being set in the locked
position whilst the door is open. This eliminates
the
possibility
of being locked out of the car
in
the
event of the key being
inadvertently left inside,
Intedor Locking
To lock the door it must be closed first. Only then will the
mechanism permit the inside handle to be moved
forwards, The
handle will automatically rgturn to the normal
position
as soon
as it is released.
IMPORTANT, Do not attemDt to force
the handle into the
locked position whilst
the door is open.
