driving conditions drain and refill the oil sump

cold

oil temperature. Additives which dilule the oil or

suitable
dispenser
such
as a
pump
type oil can with I'lexible nozzlc llLled

lubricant, top up
the
gearbox
unlil
the oil
is
level with the
bottom ol
the filler
plug
thfeads.
Allow surpius oil to drain away belbre
relitting the levelplug
and wiping clean.
Top-up Rear Axle

Remove the oil levc1 plug
(shorvn
arrorved) and, using thc
dispcnser used for topping-up
the
geafbo\,
and the same
oil,
?.e., extreme pressure
(Hypoid)
lubficant. top up thc rcar axle until
the oil is level with thc bottom olthc

threads.
Ailow surplus oil to drain a$av before
fefitting the level

and
wiping
clcan.
Air Cleancrs
Remove and wash
the itir
cleancfs in fuel. Soak the gauzes
in engine oil and allow to drain bcibfc
