SAO Set analog output voltage proportional to concentration.
The analog output is 0 to 10V.
Params: 0 => Off
1 => 1E1
2 => 1E2
3 => 1E3
4 => 1E4
5 => 1E5 (CPC100 only)
Example: SAO,4 (A concentration reading of 1E4 will
equal 10V)
