WARRANTY TERMS
Tume Oy’s products have a warranty of one (1) year.
The warranty starts on the day when the machine is delivered to the end-user. The warranty only applies
to damage that has been reported to the factory within three (3) years of the delivery of the machine from
the factory to the retailer.
The warranty covers proven manufacturing and material defects.
The warranty does not cover faults resulting from wear and tear, negligence or erroneous use, erroneous
installation or insufficient maintenance. The warranty does not cover faults resulting from the use of the
machine in exceptionally difficult or wearing conditions. Consumables include coulters, tubes, wheels,
connectors, gaskets etc., and these are not covered by the warranty.
Any damage must immediately be reported to the manufacturer to determine if the warranty applies. If we
deem it necessary, the machine/part must be returned to the factory for warranty processing along with
the following information: machine type, manufacturing number, date of delivery, owner’s name and
address.
A warranty compensation will be made as a part or the net price of the part at the time of the incident. The
party that wishes compensation from the warranty must pay for the shipping and installation of the
replacement part. No damage that would entitle to a compensation of less than twenty (20) euros will be
processed as a warranty incident. The warranty will not be valid if the machine has been modified so that
it differs from the original shape, for example by modifications, adjustments, additional constructions or
use of accessories or spare parts other than those of the manufacturer.
The warranty will expire if the machine is sold to another party during the warranty period. P.O.
