12.2.2 ASME-approved type safety valve
Operate the sterilization cycle according to the manual.
Allow a pressure of approximately 200 kPa (29-psi) to build up
in the chamber.
Operate the safety valve by pulling the ring of the safety valve
using a tool, i.e. screwdriver, hook etc and lift the safety valve
ring for 2 seconds. Be careful not to burn your hands.
Press the
STOP/STOP key to interrupt the operation, and
exhaust steam from chamber.
Wait until pressure goes down to zero, only then can the door be
opened.
Attention:
Use protective gloves in order not to burn your hands with the
hot steam.
