You can view reader and card activity in the Monitoring Station.
NOTE
If the iSTAR goes into Comm fail, attempts to use the Keypad command displays "misconfigured" on the Monitoring Station.
RM Mode Messages/Smart Mode Graphics
The status of the reader and the associated door display in a status message (RMmode) or with graphic icons (Smart mode).

Return to the main screen.
Display the keypad to enter a keypad command or a card number.
Display a list of keypad commands in the iSTAR cluster which have text entered in the C•CURE 9000 Keypad Command dialog box,
Touchscreen tab.

OFFLINE The reader is offline.
This occurs when the reader has not been properly
configured.
READER NOT
READY
The reader is not ready.
This occurs when the reader has been configured but
has not been assigned to a door.
PRESENT CARD Present your card.
Configure a smart reader and assign it to a door.
