Chapter 5 Trouble Shooting
Possible troubles and trouble shooting methods are listed in following. Please follow the steps to handle problems.
If you cannot handle them, please contact distributors of this product or local office, and also provide the
equipment informations of your instrument (acquisition method: press Utility →System →System→About in turn).
5.1 No Display On Screen (Black Screen)
When the power button is pressed and the oscilloscope is black screen:
a) Check the power supply connection
b) Make sure the power switch on the rear panel is on and is set to “I”
c) Make sure the power switch of front panel is on
d) Restart the instrument
5.2 No Waveform Output
After signal acquisition, waveform does not appear on display:
① Check if the BNC cable is connected to the channel output
② Check if the pressing button Channel is open
