Battery terminals Visually inspect (installation)
Hydraulic oil reservoir cap Visually inspect (installation)
Hydraulic oil level Check fluid level (at line on side of tank)
Hydraulic oil leaks Visually inspect (hoses, tubes)
Tires and wheels
Visually inspect (condition)
Bolts and fasteners
Visually inspect (looseness)
Structural damage & welds Visually inspect (weld cracks, dents)
Platform guardrails Visually inspect (condition)

Hydraulic Hose Age
EN982 Clause 7.3.1 requires the manufacturing date of each hydraulic hose to be clearly visible on the
hose.
Hoses used in production of this unit are manufactured by Hydraulink and the manufacturing date is
present in a coded format.
