with a motor fault light (1) which will
illuminate if the motor experiences an

28 Maintenance, Cleaning: Add the following.
Cleaning a New Machine and Parts Before Use
Parts and equipment supplied by Urschel have not been sanitized. Urschel
recommends that the supplied parts and equipment be properly cleaned
and sanitized prior to use and in accordance with the requirements of the
application.
29 Maintenance, Covers and Guards: The lubricant recommended for this
machine is now Urschelube Grease. See the entry for pages 68-69 for the part
number and part description.
To introduce this grease into an existing machine, grease the lubrication
points until the old lubricant is purged from the machine. See the machine
manual for lubrication points and schedule.
Under LUBRICATION POINTS add the following:
Immediately after cleaning, start the machine. While the machine is running
lubricate each lubrication point with 1-2 pumps from a grease gun. Allow the
machine to run for approximately 5 minutes to purge excess grease from the
machine.
45 Maintenance, Crosscut Knife Spindle Assembly: In Step 11, the recommended
lubricant has changed. See the previous entry.
47 Maintenance, Crosscut Knife Spindle Assembly: In Step 10, tighten the knife
screws to 35 in/Ibs (3.95 Nm).
