Operating the robot in Autonomous mode:
1. Take out the tablet from the robot and swipe to turn it on
2. Open the UVD app.
3. Press ( + ) icon to assign a new job and choose a zone/headline/room you wish to
disinfect
NOTE: Are more tablets required for additional doors, then the UVD app shall be
opened on these now, AFTER giving the job.
4. Robot will drive to the entrance of the selected zone/headline/room
5. Open the door and press “Done”. The robot will now move into the room
6. Execute the safety checks and confirm that they are done by ticking the checkboxes
7. Push the blinking red button on the UVD robot to initialise the disinfection function.
You now have about 8 seconds to leave the room before you can start up the
disinfection process by hanging the tablet on the door and then pushing the button that
will appear on the tablet called “Start disinfection”.
8. Once the robot has completed the disinfection, it will move into its end position and a
Green screen will appear on the tablet stating that the disinfection is finished
9. Click “Done” and then the tablet will ask you to put it back into the robot.
10. Once the tablet is back in its socket in the robot, the robot will drive out of the room,
and if no further jobs have been assigned to it, it will either move back to its docking
station or stay in place and glow green if it has not been assigned a docking station
NOTE: If extra tablets were used, Close the UVD app on the extra tablets now. Make
sure they have connection to the robot, when closing the UVD App
