• Unscrew connectors X15, X16 and X17 (64/1...3)
arranged on the front right in the cantilever arm
• Fit the front mounting bolts on the left (66/1) and
right (67/1)
In delivery condition the mounting bolts
are already fitted.
• Remove bolt safety (65/1) (spring bolt)
• Release springs (lift cantilever arm to limit stop and
hold up).
• Loosen the tensioning screws (wrench size 24)
(65/1) until the springs are completely released
• Remove safety bolt
• Remove the height stop (rubber stopper) on the
left (66/3) and right (67/3) (two screws each)
• Completely lift cantilever arm
• Remove tensioning screws
• Remove tensioning bolts (threaded rods (left and
right)
• Remove the top bolt (67/1) for hooking on the
springs to the side. Turn the springs to the rear
• Disconnect the earth lead (68/3) from the
cantilever arm
• Unscrew the cover (69/1) on the stand
• Remove the front mounting bolts on the left (66/1)
and right (67/1)
• Remove the cover on the left and right (66/4)
• Remove the pivot bearing screws on the left (66/2)
and right (67/2)
• Take off the cantilever arm
Removal of the air conditioner unit with mounting
plate (optional)
• Remove the attachment bracket for the filter holder see photo (12)
