• Connect the gas supply (3) with a new gasket on the
gas fitting. Use the spanner flat at the flexible gas line
to hold the gas fittings.
Caution!
Open the gas supply and using leak sprays
check that the gas supply line (3) is gasproof.
• Check if the blue gasket in the air intake pipe is sitting
correctly in the gasket.
• Insert the air intake pipe on the suction nozzles and
fix the pipe with the locking screw.
7.3 Cleaning the condensation water siphon

Danger!
If the device is operated with empty condensate
water siphon, there is risk of poisoning through
emitting flue gases.
Therefore, fill up the siphon again after each
cleaning session.
• Remove the lower section (1) of the condensate water
siphon by turning the bayonet catch in anticlockwise
direction.
• Clean the siphon lower section by rinsing it out with
water.
• Fill the lower section with water until about 10 mm
below the upper edge.
• Fasten the lower part again on the condensate water
siphon.
7.4 Checking the expansion vessel

Note
It is not necessary to perform this check every
year – a check every three years is sufficient.
• Ensure the boiler CH service valves are closed.
• Release the pressure from the boiler.
• Remove valve cap from expansion vessel charge point.
• Check that the internal charge pressure of the expan-
sion vessel is between 0.75 and 0.9 bar.
If the pressure is lower than this the vessel should be
repressurised using an air pump.
• Refit the valve cap.
• Repressurise boiler and heating system.
