BDR-720D Adela PRO
When the engine is turned off, the exhaust silencer remains hot. Take extra care when handling the machine.
Always turn OFF the engine and wait for the cutting disk to stop before performing any work in the close vicinity of the machine!
Always switch OFF the engine before leaving the machine!
Never leave the engine running at full speed or idling for a long time when the cutting disk drive clutch and travel wheels drive
clutch are OFF! Parts of the drive train (V-belt, belt pulley, coupling pulley, etc.) may get damaged!
The machine features its rotating working tool. The maximum tip speed is 54,3 m.s

. Make sure that other people stay at a safe
distance when you are working with your machine (the possibility of flying off chopped or ejected solid items)!
When working with the machine, all other people (especially children) and animals must stay outside the machine's work area.
The operator may only continue working after they reach a safe distance.
Cut growth must be free of solid items (such as stones, wires, loose debris, etc.) before using the machine. These items could be
thrown out or could damage the machine. If they cannot be removed, avoid such spots.
Do not use your machine on wet surfaces. You must always move on safe terrain. While working, always walk. Do not ever run.
Be cautious especially when changing direction on slopes. Do not stand on heavily sloping slopes. Do not hold your machine if
you fall down - release it!
Before starting reversing, especially when leading the machine on foot, make sure that there is enough space behind you to
safely manoeuvre the machine and that the surface is free of bumps that would adversely affect your stability.
The service brake only serves to slower the machine for a short while, e.g. when going down the steeper slope. CAUTION – after
releasing the control lever, the machine starts travelling at the originally set speed!
Never use the machine with the attached Sulka on slopes!
Information for the entity operating the machine based on the requirement of the Directive 2002/44/EC – exposure of employees
to vibrations:
With regard to the value of the declared A sound pressure level at the work station, it is necessary to use one's personal
protective equipment against noise, which is effective for the aforementioned noise level.
With respect to the declared values of vibrations transmitted to the operator’s hand and arm, it is necessary to adjust the working
procedures for this type of machine by specifying appropriate technological breaks to reduce vibration exposure.
It is forbidden to remove any protective devices and covers from the machines.
The machine's safe slope accessibility is 10°.
Any repairs, adjustments, lubrication, and cleaning of the machine must be carried out when the machine is at a standstill, and
its spark plug connector is disconnected.
When working with lubricants and cleaning the machine, observe the basic hygiene regulations and observe the environmental
protection regulations and laws.
