– If the test is successful, the printer prints a receipt. Take the receipt. If you do not remove
the receipt and try the printer test again, you will get the following error message:
– If the test fails, the following screen is displayed. Make sure the printer speed set on the
MX 760 matches the speed of the printer.
– Other printer error messages that might be displayed include: “Print head up,” “Cover
Up,” “Cover Up (offline),” and “Error (offline).”
