SigCapGet()
Copies up to maxPoints of data from the kernel buffer to the user buffer. Returns
the number of points actually copied, which would be less than maxPoints if
fewer points are available. Use SigCapCount() to retrieve the number of points
captured. Be sure to allocate a buffer large enough to hold the number of points
captured.
For example, if SigCapCount returns 1000 then the buffer must be size of
(xyz_t)*1000 bytes.
