Troubleshooting
Wi-Fi Mode
I cannot access the internet at all.
1. Please check your configuration settings.
2. Please wait 1~ 2 minutes for the device to initialize.
3. Check your service indicator LED’s.
I forget the Wi-Fi password that I set before
z Please press the power key continually 10 times within 15 seconds, then AC30 will reboot
automatically with the default Wi-Fi password being restored. The default password can be found on
the bottom label.
The download or upload speeds are very slow.
z The speed is dependent on signal strength. Check your signal strength and network type.
The RSSI signal indicator is always blinking or does not light.
z This indicates poor reception. Try moving the device to another location near the window.
