Install a SIM Card
Your USB730L comes with a SIM card pre-installed. Should you need to swap out your SIM, follow
these instructions:
To open the case and install the 4G SIM Card
➊ Open the protective cover on the back of the modem by pressing gently on the cover with
your thumb and sliding the door o.
Insert the SIM Card with the contact points (typically gold-colored) facing toward the USB modem. Position the card
with the notched corner as circled below and slide the card into the SIM slot.
➌ Gently push the SIM Card forward until the spring catches and the card remains securely in
the slot.
