6.6. Control options
The Microdispensing Systems of the MDS 3000 family work according to the control profile shown below.

Description
Rising
The time span for opening the valve (0.1 ms)
Open Time
Time value of the opened valve (0.1 ms)
Falling
During this time the valve gets closed and the remaining medium from the
nozzle compression chamber gets repressed. (0.1 ms)
Delay
Two components of this delay: the adjusted value and the value of added
breaks through intra system processes. (0.1 ms)
Needle Lift
The range of movement of the tappet. (%)
