Check flexible engine mounts
Check the bolts which secure the damper
element, the mounting bolts to engine bed
and the nuts at the adjustment spindle for
tightness.
Inspect the rubber element of the engine
support for cracks. Also check the deflec-
tion of the damper element, the deflection
influences the alignment of engine and
propshaft! Re-align engine in case of
doubt.
Inspection hose connections
Inspect all hose connections of the cool-
ingsystem. (Cracked hoses, loose hose
clamps)
Check fasteners
Check tightness of all fasteners, bolts and
nuts.
Flexible engine mounts, hose connections and fasteners
Every 500 operating hours.
