 Activate the tractor hydraulics and raise the machine's cutterbar
fully.
> Close the mechanical safety valve.
 Undertake an inspection of the state of the cutting discs for
deformation and cracks.
 Use a suitable tool and tighten the cutting disc to a torque of 80 Nm
(59 ft/lb).
 Open the mechanical safety valve.
