• Hydraulic fluid is hot when the machine has just come to a stop.
Allow the implement to cool down entirely before repairing the
hydraulic system.
• Avoid contact with high-pressure fluid at all times. Liquid under high
pressure quickly penetrates clothing or skin, resulting in serious injuries.
• Prevent oil leakage or spillage to avoid the risk of slipping.
• Replace rubber and plastic hoses after six years with equivalent hoses.
• It is strictly forbidden to make any changes to the hydraulic system or
use it for other purposes.
• DO NOT change any Backhoe relief valve setting. The settings are
factory set for best performance and safety.
• Be sure to relieve all pressure before disconnecting lines. Be sure all
connections are tight and tubes, pipes and hoses are not damaged
before applying pressure to the system.
• FLUID ESCAPING from a tiny hole can be almost invisible. Use a small
piece of cardboard or wood, not your hands - to search for suspected
leaks.
• PROTECT YOUR EYES - Wear safety glasses. Guard against injury when
driving connecting pins or performing any repair in which particles can
chip from a workpiece or unique tool.
• SEE A DOCTOR AT ONCE if injured by escaping fluid. Severe infection or
gangrene can develop if proper medical treatment is not administered
immediately.
Non-observance of the regulations, as mentioned above, is considered gross negligence. In this
case, the supplier is not liable for any damage.
7.1 Hydraulic oil reservoir
◼ Fill the oil reservoir with 4,3 gallons of Hydraulic oil.
◼ Using the specified oil will give you the most extended life and the best performance for this
machine.
◼ The hydraulic system is a low-pressure, low-flow fluid power transfer system. A higher viscosity
oil is not required.
◼ Using an unapproved oil will result in low pump and infeed motor efficiency, causing the feed
rollers to stop functioning correctly.
