4.2 Installing a Backhoe on a Tractor after Assembling
Attaching a backhoe on a tractor is a task you need to do precisely.
Though you should do it carefully, it is a relatively simple task, and you can perform it efficiently.
You must connect the backhoe on the tractor’s lower link arms and the tractor’s upper link
weldment.
The adjustable upper brace links the backhoe mainframe and the tractor’s upper hitch
connection. You can level the backhoe frame by adjusting the upper brace.
NOTICE:
Tractor lower links must be kept free of lifting forces at all times after
installation of the attaching kit by keeping the tractor quadrant lever in
the lowered position.
4.2.1 3-point hitch linkage
WARNING!
NEVER operate the backhoe unless the tractor’s Lower Links are
correctly installed and adjusted. Otherwise, it results in the Backhoe
moving upward, crushing the operator against the cab or ROPS.
