Ensure that the matrix has the same communication protocol as the keyboard. Refer to the configuration dip switches. * There might be a configuration error in the baud rate for communication with keyboards. Ensure that the communication rate is the same as the setting for the keyboards. Refer to the configuration dip switches. * There could be a wiring error. Ensure the cables are intact and follow the wiring diagrams. Also, do not exceed the maximum allowed distances: 1200 m for non-remote powered keyboards (RS485 lines A and B) and 700 m for remote powered keyboards (12VDC Lines and GND).

  If telemetry via coaxial cable is not working, check the following: * Verify that Coax Telemetry Transmission via coaxial cable is enabled in the menu. * Ensure that the matrix and keyboards have the MACRO protocol setting with the same baud rate. * The receiver address should match the input video to which it's connected (e.g., input video 4 / receiver with address 4). * Make sure the coaxial cable is intact. Do not insert video distributors, amplifiers, or equalizers between the telemetry receiver and matrix input. Do not exceed the maximum allowed distance for telemetry transmission via coaxial cable (350 m).

  If the alarms are not triggering, consider the following: * Ensure that the alarm contact is being used and the Type of alarm is not set to 'Not Used'. Set the alarm to N.O. or N.C. * For the alarm NO setting, make sure that, when there is an alarm, the alarm pin closes with the common alarm pin. For the alarm N.C. setting, make sure that the alarm causes the common alarm and specific alarm pins to open.
