internet using an app.

Your heating system can be remotely monitored by

your contractor. For this, your contractor requires serv-

ice clearance.

Forwarding messages

Any pending messages from the heating system, e.g.

sensor or burner faults, are transmitted to the

Vitoconnect 100 via the Optolink cable. The

Vitoconnect 100 transmits these messages to the

Viessmann server. The ViCare app regularly checks

the status of the heating system and displays any mes-

sages.

Note

Heating system messages are only displayed if the

ViCare app is active on the mobile device.
