Pump seizure protection
Condition: ”Pump s eizure protection Yes” must be configured (see page 27).
Between 12:00 and 12:05 hrs daily, the pump will be started to prevent it from seizing up.
Hour counters and start-up counters
The hours and start-up counters store the number of operating hours and the number of start-ups of the boilers
and heating system pumps (if installed), which are regulated by the control unit.
Hours/Start-up counters (multiple-boiler control unit)
Boiler 1 has run for 12 hours and was started eight times.
The heating s ystem pump was in operation for 112 hours and was started 16 times.
The counter of boiler 1 was started on 02/05/2002.
Every counter can be reset individually, if ”Reset hours counter” is configured (see page 27).

Select counter and then click

resets the counter, and the current date becomes the start date for further counts.
Fault messages (refer to Level 3 Cascade Function and Fault log)
If the control unit recognizes a fault (e.g. faulty sensor), the status display will show ”Status display fault”, and
the fault indicator ”U” illuminates.
The ”Fault” menu has the following functions:
H Listing all current faults
H Date and time of the last change in the fault situation
H A list of the last 10 faults
(1: most recent fault; 10: oldest fault in the memory)
H Deleting all faults from the memory
