Also, restart all the equipment and the projector.

  If your ViewSonic Projector displays a partial, scrolling, or incorrectly displayed image, try pressing the “Sync” button on the Remote Control or the “Re-Sync” button on the Control Panel. If your computer's resolution is higher than 1024 x 768, reset the resolution. Make sure your display resolution setting is less than or equal to 1024 x 768. Switch the Notebook PC display to the “external display only” or “CRT only” mode. You can also try restarting all the equipment and the projector.

  If no image is appearing on the screen of your ViewSonic Projector, first ensure that all cables and power connections are correctly and securely connected. Check that the connector pins are not crooked or broken. Verify that the projection lamp has been securely installed. Also, ensure that you have removed the lens cap and the projector is switched on. Finally, check that the image hasn't been temporarily turned off by pressing the A/V Mute button.
