5. Leakage test
Before erecting the masonry, in addition to the
electrical test a leakage test must be conduct-
ed. For this purpose fi ll the whirl tub with water
up to the overfl ow. Leave the water to stand for
one hour and then switch on the whirl tub for
around 15 minutes. Any leaks caused by trans-
port of insallation can then be located.
Before installation of casing the whirl tub you
must conduct a test. Before the tub is emp-
tied complete a full disinfection procedure.
After installation and leak test it is necessary not
later than within 24 hours after fi lling of water
and emptying the bathtub to clean it and protect
it from damage during the construction phase.
If the above condition is not followed, the war-
ranty is not valid.

On Derby Kombisystem
The system drying function is switched on auto-
matically approx. 10 minutes after emptying the
bathtub. After switching on it works in total for
about 2 minutes, during which the blower works
for the fi rst 30 seconds with medium power,
and for the next 90 seconds it works with full
power.
While waiting for the drying cycle to start, the
button no. 2 is active.
Pushing this button during waiting time starts
the drying cycle. The process cannot be stopped
and it lasts 2 minutes.
