  If your Viqua Water Filtration System has no power, it could be due to several reasons. First, check if the GFCI and/or breaker has tripped and reset it. If the controller fuse has blown, replace it. A damaged transient voltage surge suppressor (TVSS) may also be the cause, in which case, replace the TVSS. Lastly, the controller itself might be damaged, requiring replacement along with the installation of a TVSS.

Condensation of moist air on the cold chamber can cause slow accumulation; in this case, control humidity or relocate the unit. An O-ring might be damaged, deteriorated, or incorrectly installed; inspect and replace it if deteriorated. Also, the lamp/sleeve assembly might not be properly installed, being either too tight or not tight enough; ensure the nut is turned completely.
