Viscount Physis Organs Reference Manual
N.B.
If the [S] piston LED light is off, this means that the Lock Organ (see chapt. 11.2) function is active.
In this case, saving combinations and visualizing the programming functions will be impossible.
17. Manual III pistons
- [1] / [6]: Man. III divisional combinations. These combinations can be modified. To do so, follow the
procedure described at point 20.
- [HR]: restores the voice setup prepared in manual mode before a Man.III memory was recalled,
when the piston itself is on.
- [P]: Man. III to Pedal coupling.
- [IV]: (only available for 4-manual models): Man.IV to Man.III coupling.
- [M. SOLO] (only available for some models): activates the MIDI SOLO function, which allows
mono transmission of the notes played on this manual on the MIDI [OUT] output, with priority to
the highest note.
18. Manual II pistons.
- [1] / [6]: Man. II divisional combinations. These combinations can be modified. To do so, follow the
procedure described at point 20.
- [HR]: restores the voice setup prepared in manual mode before a Man.II memory was recalled, when
the piston itself is on.
- [P]: Man. II to Pedal coupling.
- [III]: (only available for 3 and 4-manual models): Man.III to Man.II coupling.
- [I] (only available for 3-manual models): Man.I to Man.II coupling.
- [IV]: (only available for 4-manual models): Man.IV to Man.II coupling.
- [M.SOLO] (only available for some models): activates the MIDI SOLO function, which allows mono
transmission of the notes played on this manual on the MIDI [OUT] output, with priority to the
highest note.
- [O.SOLO] (only in certain models): activates the Organ Solo function. By default, you can play the
melody with Swell stops when the III/II coupling is active. Therefore, all the while the function is
active, notes are played with monophonic Swell voices. However the melody can be played also on
other manuals.
To do so, access the corresponding options under the PROGRAMMABLE FUNCTIONS menu
(see par. 9.5).
19. Manual I pistons.
- [1] / [6]: Man.I divisional combinations. These combinations can be modified. To do so, follow the
procedure described at point 20.
- [HR]: restores the voice setup prepared in manual mode before a memory for Man.I was recalled.
- [P]: Man.I to Pedal coupling.
- [II] (only available for 2-manual models): Man.II to Man.I coupling.
- [III] (only available for 3 and 4-manual models): Man.III to Man.I coupling.
- [IV]: (only available for 4-manual models): Man.IV to Man.I coupling.
- [M.SOLO] (only available for some models): Activates the MIDI SOLO function, which allows mono
transmission of the notes played on this manual on the MIDI [OUT] output, with priority to the
highest note.
