3.9 Institute and Department
3.9.1 Viewing Institution or Department Details
1. Select Institution Details or Current Department in the View menu.
2. The institution or department information displays.
3. Click OK when finished.
3.9.2 Editing Institution or Department Details
1. Select Institution Details or Department Details in the Edit menu.
2. The institution or department information displays.
3. Make changes required (any non-editable fields will be greyed out).
4. Select OK to save or Cancel to undo.
3.9.3 Department Management
The Institute can have multiple Departments, which are managed through the
'Department Management' screen.
1. Select Tools > Department Management.
2. Select New to add new department. Enter department details. Select OK.
3. To switch to another department, select department name from the list and
press Select button. When prompted select Yes to switch departments or No to
keep current department active.
4. Click Close button to return to main screen.

Note: The user will only be prompted to enter a reason for a change where 'User
Annotation' below is indicated with a 'Yes' and User Annotation is ON.
