a. Annotation Type a description of the type of annotation record, e.g.
User Logon, etc.
b. System Annotation as above.
c. User Annotation as above.
5. To print current entries click the Report button.
Note: Only the entries displayed on screen will be printed i.e. if data is filtered by a
user ID, then only the entries belonging to that user id will be printed on the report.
3.11 Reporting and Printing
3.11.1 Printer Setup
Spirotrac offers a facility for printing various reports such as audit trail reports,
accuracy log reports, trend reports and test session reports. Spirotrac saves the
current selected printer. It is possible to change printer:
1. Select File > Printer Setup.
2. Select the desired printer and click OK.
Note: When the COMPACT is not connected to the network, a USB flash drive is
required to save report to PDF.
3.11.2 Report configuration
Reports may be configured as follows:
1. Select Tools > Options and then Reports.
2. Enter/change the headings to appear on VC/FVC reports using Report Header
or on Post Test Reports using Post Report Header.
3. Select to print spirometry reports in either Full Report format or limit them to
One Page Report format
4. When the Full Report is selected, the following print options are available:
a. Best Summary - Print the ATS/ERS Best Test only.
b. All Tests - Prints all tests from the session, up to a max of 8, in order of
test.
5. When Economode is selected, all test session reports printed will have any
shaded areas removed.
6. The following information may be included on the report: LLN, Graphs, Session
Comments, Session Interpretation and reference graphs and data.
7. The user can select to include rejected tests on the report.
8. Report configuration settings can be reset by selecting the Reset Report
Settings button.
9. Select OK to save changes or Cancel to undo.
Note: When the One Page Report is printed, only the first 7 enabled parameters are
printed on the report.
When Custom Reports (Custom Report Template Selection) are enabled, the options
above are disabled.
