3.12.4 Forgotten Logon Details
To set new login details when a user has forgotten their login details/password:
1. Contact technical support on +44 1280 827177 or email
tech.support@vitalograph.co.uk to obtain a reset passcode.
2. Launch Spirotrac. When prompted to logon, click ‘Forgot my password’ link.
3. Enter the reset passcode as provided by Vitalograph. This will be validated by
Spirotrac prior to continuing.
4. To reset a user’s password:
a. Select the reset password option.
b. Enter the user’s name (this must match an existing user).
c. Enter and confirm the new password (these must match).
5. Once details have been validated, Spirotrac will login using the user’s new
details.

The following user types are available in Spirotrac:
• System Administrator (Only available on Spirotrac Setup)
• Site Administrator
• Operator
