Parameter Description
Decoder
Buffer (ms)
Type the decoder buffer value (0-1500ms). This parameter is used for
handling network jitter, allowing smooth playback. The bigger the buffer,
the higher the latency.
If staggering happens, increase the buffer value until reaching a smooth
decoding.
The default buffer value should comply to most streams.
End-To-End
latency (ms)
Set the end-to-end latency when in Time-Synchronized mode.
Enhanced
Error
Concealment
This mode provides best possible viewing experience by not displaying
corrupted frames.
In Time-Synchronized mode, both VITEC encoder and MGW Ace Decoder OG must be synched to a NTP server.
"LatencyMonitoring" must be activated on VITEC encoder channels (Advanced parameter)
Timecode must be set to Video ESon MGW Ace Decoder OG (Decoder Settings, VBI/ANC menu)
In ULL mode, Genlockis not available to ensure fastest possible decoding.
