To set the Decoder:

Clock Source
Select source clock either from:
Stream clock
Genlock input clock: Genlock reference input is available from
openGear chassis (REF 1 and REF2) or from MGW Ace Decoder OG
breakout cable.
Do not connect any genlockreference input on the breakout cable if using REF1 or REF2
genlock input.
Original PCR: Original PCR mode ensures a constant latency at startup
and over time.
Stream clock mode is optimized for low latency decoding and provides
compatibility with non- fully compliant TS streams.

Time-Synchronized: Compatible with VITEC enabled encoders (MGW Ace
Encoder and MGW Diamond)
Time synchronized playback ensures the playback of the stream after a
defined and fixed latency (End-to-End latency parameter).
As such, it allows to synchronize multiple independent decoders when the
End-to-End latency parameter is set at the same value.
