no effect on the product

Check if the Master volume button is turned up.
Check if there is a plug in the headphone output
as it turns off the internal speakers
When using the sustain button there
are sounds that have long sustain
(reverberation), while other sounds
have a shorter sustain
This is perfectly normal as the manufacturer has
set each sound with the best sustain length,
with this feature

hand sound and accompaniment
Check that accompaniment volume is right
The keyboard does not match with

Check that Octave is in 00 otherwise press the
octave+ and octave buttons simultaneously
The sound distorts or the keyboard
turns itself off.
Check that you are using the correct power
supply that was supplied with the keyboard or if
the keyboard is used with batteries, check if the
batteries are running low/used.
There is no sound in the connected
amplifier or active speaker/monitor.
Check whether the master volume is up or
whether the cable is plugged into Line Out.
Also check that the in-line input is used on the
connected system and that this is turned up.
