If your Voltronic Power Inverter is running on battery despite mains being available, consider these potential causes: * A tripped input protector. Check if the AC breaker has tripped and ensure the AC wiring is properly connected. * Insufficient AC power quality from the shore or generator. Inspect the AC wires for being too thin or long. If using a generator, verify it's working correctly and that the input voltage range setting is correct (UPS Appliance). * You may need to change the output source priority to Utility first.
