Control lights with 3 audible warning signals
(standard warning)
6 Hydraulic oil temperature control light
Control light flashes (without audible warning signal) if the
oil temperature is too low.
The control light comes on if the temperature is too high.
7 Hydraulic oil filter control light
The control light comes on if the hydraulic oil filter is clog-
ged.
In this case replace the filter element immediately, even if
the scheduled filter change interval has not yet been
reached.
8 Air filter control light
The control light informs about the condition of the air fil-
ter.
If the control lights lights up during operation shut down
the engine, clean or replace the air filter immediately, if ne-
cessary inform our customer service department.
Control lights with 4 audible warning signals
(high urgency warning)
9 Engine oil pressure control light
This control light normally lights with the engine stopped
and should go out when the engine is running.
If the control lights lights up during operation shut down
the engine immediately, perform trouble shooting, if nec-
essary inform our customer service department.
10 Engine temperature control light
This control light flashes if the coolant temperature is too
low (without peep signal) or too high (with peep signal)
and finally lights permanently (with peep signal), if the
coolant temperature has reached the critical level. In this
case shut down the engine immediately!
11 Digital display
Shows the different functions or "codes and fault messag-
es".
During normal operation of the machine the display shows
the selected function (e. g.: time or engine speed). If a
fault is detected, the corresponding message will be dis-
played in form of a fault code. This message will be dis-
played with priority, until the fault is eliminated. Fault
messages see section Relays and fuses on page 115.
