DON’T FORGET THESE WASHERS!
Without them, there is a possibility the carriage won’t be tight. Make sure these are tight.
IF YOU HAVE BELT EXCESS, TUCK.
This should be a loose tuck, leave enough of a loop that the mechanism can move.
It’s just meant to keep the belt out of the way. On both sides, of course.
