The unit will not
charge.
The power
source is
not properly
connected.
Make sure the unit is
plugged in to a wall outlet
using the supplied USB
cable and AC adapter.
USB connection
window does
not pop up after
connecting to
computer.
Poor USB cable

Securely connect the USB
cable to DigiGo™ and the
computer.
Connection is
running through
USB hub.
Connect the DigiGo™
directly to the computer,
without using a hub.
Touch screen is
inaccurate or it
is impossible to
select the correct

calibration.
Hold the Power button for
10 seconds until DigiGo™ is
turned off. Then hold
