Telephone Operations
Make a Call
1. Press
/TALK/RECALL
or on the handset, or press
on the base.
2. When you hear a dial tone, dial the number.
-OR-
Enter the telephone number on the handset or base, and
then press
/TALK/RECALL
or on the handset, or
press on the base, to dial.
The handset or telephone base shows the elapsed time as you talk (in hours, minutes and
seconds).
While entering numbers, press and hold PAUSE to insert a dialing pause (a p appears).
Answer a Call
Press
/TALK/RECALL
or on the handset, on the base, or any dialing key
(0-9, or ).
End a Call
Press OFF on the handset, or put the handset to the base or charger.
-OR-
Press on the base.
Handset Speakerphone
During a call, press on the handset to switch between
speakerphone and normal handset use.
Volume
During a call on the handset, press /VOLUME/ to
adjust the listening volume.
During a call on the telephone base, press /VOL/ to
adjust the listening volume.
The volume settings of handset earpiece, handset speakerphone, and telephone base
speakerphone are independent.
