3.6 Flip-up Tongue
Background The flip-up tongue allows the machine to be stored in a smaller space than a
machine with a conventional tongue.
Procedure Perform the procedure below to raise the flip-up tongue to the storage position.
1. Remove the pin behind the tongue jack (a).
2. Rotate the tongue into the storage position (b) and insert the pin (c).
3. Install cotters (d) in all the pins.
Towing Reverse the procedure when preparing the tongue for towing.
