8.1.3 DECOMMISSIONING AND CLEANING
8.1.4 LONGTERM STORAGE
Brittle  lter pressure regulator!
The tank on the  lter pressure regulator becomes brittle through
contact with solvents and can burst.
Flying parts can cause injury.
Do not clean the tank on the  lter pressure regulator with
solvent.
WARNING
Gas mixtures can explode if there is an incompletely filled
pump!
Danger to life from  ying parts.
Ensure that the pump and suction system are always completely
filled with  ushing agent or working medium.
Do not spray the device empty after cleaning.
WARNING
When storing the device for longer periods of time, it is necessary to thoroughly clean it
and protect it from corrosion. Replace the water or solvent in the product pump with a
suitable preservative,  ll separating agent cup with separating agent.
Procedure:
1. Chapter 8.1.3 "Decommissioning and Cleaning", perform points 1 to 7.
2. Fill the system with preservative in accordance with Chapter 8.2.6.
3. Empty the pump in a controlled manner in accordance with Chapter 8.2.5 and seal
the openings.
The device should be cleaned for maintenance purposes. Ensure that no remaining
product dries on and sticks to the device.
1. Carry out work interruption Chapter 7.5.
2. Carry out basic  ushing in accordance with Chapter 7.6.
3. Empty the pump in a controlled manner in accordance with Chapter 8.2.5.
4. Maintain the gun according to the operating manual.
5. Clean and check the suction system and the suction  lter.
6. Clean the outside of the system.
7. Fully assemble the system.
8. Check  ll level of the separating agent Chapter 8.2.4.
9. Fill the system with  ushing agent in accordance with Chapter 8.2.6.
